This website is owned and operated by PK Liveries. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the ability to purchase our stock of garments and more. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Key commercial terms offered to customer:
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
Prices are displayed in (£) Great British Pounds and do not encompass service or delivery costs. Service and delivery costs are shown at checkout.
Refunds and exchange policy:
We do not accept refunds. However, items may be exchanged for an equivalent item in a different size (provided availability) or receive store credit within 20 days of receiving your order. Item must be unused to be sent back, and any applicable shipping or customs fees incurred by PK Liveries as a result of this transaction will be deducted from store value received by the customer.
In the rare case of a faulty product, customers may return the product for repair or replacement. All shipping costs for faulty products will be covered by us.
Shipping:
Past the point of a package being confirmed as delivered, refunds or replacements will not be issued. Thus, please be certain of the entered delivery address and any additional details you may deem necessary to ensure a quick and accurate delivery.
PK Liveries is not liable for items which are not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If an item is marked as 'undeliverable' due to issues regarding address, they will be resent upon return, with a re-shipping fee applied if necessary.
Shipping costs listed on website are final, both domestic and international. All standard customs for shipments abroad to Europe will be incurred by us, however, customers will be responsible for covering any additional costs that are applied beyond these standard rates.
All customers agree to pay in full for all items before shipment is received.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, photographs, product names, graphics, all else that collectively makes up the 'content' used on this website, is the property of PK Liveries and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable property laws.
